CANCELLED – Criminal
September 18, 2020 @ 7:30 pm
Due to the continued uncertainty relating to the COVID-19 epidemic and with our fan’s health in mind we’ve decided to cancel our upcoming Fall tour. We look forward to hitting the road again in 2021 when it is safe to do so. Please contact your local box office or ticket retailer if you have questions about refunds.
Criminal is an award-winning podcast about crime. Stories of people who’ve done wrong, been wronged, or gotten caught somewhere in the middle. Host Phoebe Judge presents brand new stories, told live on stage, and scored and mixed live by co-creator Lauren Spohrer. Each story is accompanied visuals—photographs of forensic evidence, historical court documents, and original animations by Julienne Alexander. Get to know the Criminal team, peek behind the curtain of how they find stories, and you might even find yourself being questioned by Phoebe Judge.
“The thinking person’s true crime podcast.” – The News & Observer
“No matter how strange or ghastly the crime, the voice of the host Phoebe Judge somehow remains implacable and oddly soothing.” – The New York Times
“Criminal is a true crime podcast that understands crime as something sociological, historical, even anthropological – that crime is a function of people, time, and place. With incredible sound design, marvelous writing, and a boldness in the way it makes its choices, there are few shows that feel more alive.” – New York Magazine
“Perfect for: People who wish true crime shows had more rigorous journalistic standards.” – Time
“Criminal offers bizarre stories of true crimes that will stay with you.” – Wired

The Historic Lyric Theatre is a Ticketmaster facility.
We can only honor event tickets purchased directly through Ticketmaster. Tickets bought from individuals or third party sites (StubHub, Vivid Seats, Vivint, etc.) may not be valid. If you purchase tickets through those sites or individuals you risk purchasing invalid tickets. To guarantee that your ticket is honored, you must purchase through Ticketmaster online, by calling 800-745-3000 or in person at a Ticketmaster outlet.
Why can't I buy from somewhere else?
If there is a problem with your ticket, the only way that we can look it up in the ticketing system is if it was purchased from Ticketmaster. You must be able to show identification that matches the name on the ticket, show the account number that was used to purchase the ticket or show the credit card that was used for purchase. It is possible for the purchaser of valid tickets to transfer them to another buyer through Ticketmaster.com or the Ticketmaster app.
